简介 The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a new genotype for a combined DNA index system (CODIS) STR marker which is an individual identifying gene marker based on a next generation base sequence analyzing technique. The present invention provides a method for analyzing a genotype, which can accurately analyze the number of allele repetitions and genotypes of STR markers and can even analyze a mutation in STR, and a method for identifying an individual by using the same. Compared to a conventional analyzing method, a method according to the present invention may confirm various STR markers at once, may detect a rare allele in particular STR markers having different distributions of STR genotypes, may rapidly and accurately analyze the number of STR repetitions and STR genotypes of individual identifying gene markers, and may even analyze mutation in STR. Moreover, the method according to the present invention is also suitable in performing an analysis in a mixed sample, a hardly-identifiable damaged sample, or a small quantity sample containing genetic information when a criminal accident or a tragic disaster occurs.(AA) Lead count(BB) Total coverage(CC) Allele(DD) CountCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
