PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a zirconium oxide nanoparticle that can be obtained without using a special or complicated process, consists of only tetragonal systems, and has excellent dispersibility in organic solvents, monomers and others, and a method for producing the same, and its dispersion and resin composite.
SOLUTION : A tetragonal zirconium oxide nanoparticle comprises at least one stabilized element selected from aluminum, magnesium, titanium and rare earth elements, and has undergone surface treatment with carboxylic acids.
