The present invention relates to the technical field of neodymium-iron-boron rare earth materials. Disclosed is equipment for recovering the residual heat of a neodymium-iron-boron waste roasting furnace, comprising : a roasting furnace, a regulating valve, a material-separating plate, a preheating chamber, a feeding hopper, a synchronous gear, an offset flexible piece, and a thermally-insulating plate. The present invention preheats a neodymium-iron-boron waste by introducing residual heat into a preheating box; during such process, whenever the neodymium-iron-boron waste is added to the preheating box, the thermally-insulating plate opens the feeding hopper in a timely manner with the addition of the neodymium-iron-boron waste and closes the feeding hopper when no neodymium-iron-boron waste is being added, thus reducing loss of the residual heat, and favoring the utilization of the residual heat. In addition, the thermally-insulating plate is conically shaped when opened, allowing the neodymium-iron-boron waste to be diverted to and scattered on either side of the preheating chamber, thus favoring an expanded contact area for the neodymium-iron-boron waste and the residual heat, and further enhancing the full utilization of the residual heat. |
