PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an exhaust gas purification catalyst having highly excellent NOx purification performance.SOLUTION : An exhaust gas purification catalyst comprises : a first powder including a first carrier made of a metal oxide and a precious metal carried on the first carrier; and a second powder including a second carrier made of a metal oxide and at least one NOx occlusion material selected from the group consisting of alkali metals, alkali earth metals, and rare earth elements and carried on the second carrier. The average particle diameter (D1) of the first powder is 3.0 μm or less, 30 mass% or more of the first powder is composed of particles having a particle diameter of 1.0 μm or less, and the ratio (D1/D2) of the average particle diameter (D1) of the first powder to the average particle diameter (D2) of the second powder is 1/3 or less.COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT |
