The target assembly for generating rare isotopes includes : a target container which has one side having a cylindrical body formed in the inlet part of a proton beam; a target base which is formed in the target container, has a cone shape, and has a hollow part corresponding to the cone shape; a cooling jacket which is installed in the hollow part of the target base; and multiple target fins which are formed along the outer surface of the target base from the peak of the cone to the main line of the cone and collide with proton beam. The cone peak of the target base is arranged to the inlet part of the proton beam. At this time, the outer surface of the target base has the same shape as the target base. It further includes a target fin base for fixing the target fin. |
