Provided is a method for manufacturing carbon aerogels. The method for manufacturing carbon aerogels in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps : providing a first mixed solution by mixing an organic solvent, at least one among metallic compounds represented by the chemical formula 1, and/or a boron nitride compound; dispersing the first mixed solution; providing a second mixed solution by mixing the first mixed solution with a carbon precursor; forming hydrogels by making the second mixed solution into gels; forming aerogels by drying the hydrogels; and supplying the carbon aerogels by treating the aerogels with heat. In the chemical formula 1, M represents Mo, W, Bi, Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Ba, La, Hf, Ta, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, or Po, and X represents S, Se, or Te, and a and b are integers of 1 to 3.(S11) Providing a first mixed solution by mixing an organic solvent, and a metallic compound or a boron nitride compound(S12) Dispersing the first mixed solution(S13) Providing a second mixed solution by mixing the first mixed solution with a carbon precursor(S14) Forming hydrogels by making the second mixed solution into gels(S15) Forming aerogels by drying the hydrogels(S16) Supplying the carbon aerogels by treating the aerogels with heatCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2016 |
