PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide high affinity T cell receptors (TCR) against tumor-associated antigens, isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding them, T cells expressing the TCR, and pharmaceutical compositions for use in treatment of malignant cell-associated diseases expressing the tumor-associated antigens.
SOLUTION : Provided is a TCR having high affinity to tumor-associated antigens, particularly to tyrosinase, or functional fragments of TCR such as CDR3 regions. Further provided are pharmaceutical compositions for use in adoptive cell therapy to effectively treat diseases involving tyrosinase-expressing malignant cells, preferably melanoma, gliomas, glioblastomas and/or rare tumors of ectodermal origin.
