简介 The present invention relates to a rare earth element based high entropy bulk amorphous alloy. In the rare earth element based high entropy bulk amorphous alloy, a general formula is RE_(60+x-y)Al_(25-x)TM_(15+y), where x and y are atomic% indicated by 0<=x<=20 and 0<=y<=20 respectively. The RE is a rare earth element, and at least two types selected among La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and msihmetal (MM); TM is a transition element manufactured based on at least one type selected among Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ag, Au, Pd, and Pt. According to the present invention, provided is a new concept of an entropy high bulk amorphous alloy by implementing characteristics of a high entropy alloy with a sluggish diffusion effect of a metastable liquid phase and a stable liquid phase; softening behavior to reduce nanohardness, a reduced elastic modulus, an elastic modulus, and a yield strength; various bulk amorphous characteristics; and bulk amorphous glass transition behavior at the same time as a bulk amorphous alloy is formed in a (RE^(1)RE^(2)RE^(3))_(60+x-y)Al_(25-x)TM_(15+y) alloy.
