简介 The present invention relates to an apparatus for reproducing an industrial storage battery and a method for reproducing a storage battery using the same. More particularly, the apparatus for reproducing an industrial storage battery is capable of increasing reproduction efficiency of an electrode plate and a performance recovery rate of a storage battery, compared to a conventional technology, by inserting a reproducing fluid including rare earth into a storage battery having lowered performance due to sulphate fixated to the electrode plate of the storage battery and then applying a high frequency pulse to the storage battery. In addition, a reproduced storage battery can be fully charged in a short period of time, by using the apparatus for reproducing a storage battery having a charging function applied with a four-step charging method and a reverse discharge prevention function, and the operational productivity and efficiency are excellent by preventing the storage battery from having lowered performance due to being naturally discharged after charging is completed. The apparatus for reproducing an industrial storage battery, in accordance with the present invention, comprises : a power supply unit; a polarity checking unit; a measurement unit; an alarm sound generating unit; a high frequency pulse generating unit; an overheating prevention control unit; a reverse discharge prevention circuit unit; and a control unit. In addition, the method for reproducing a storage battery comprises : a reproducing fluid preparing step of preparing a reproducing fluid by mixing an electrolyte with a reproduction material; a measurement step of measuring a rating value of the storage battery; a punching step; an electrolyte supplement step; a reproducing fluid insertion step; a storage battery sealing step; a storage battery connection step; and a high frequency pulse applying and charging step. The reproduction material is formed by mixing 30 grams of resin, 20 grams of powdered potassium, 10 grams of lead powder, 5 grams of lanthanum, 5 grams of cerium, 80 grams of tourmaline, 8 grams of natural carbon, 4 grams of conductive carbon, 40 grams of gelatin, and 10 grams of bleaching powder, with respect to 18 liters of an electrolyte in which 88% of distilled water and 12% of sulfuric acid are mixed.
