The present invention relates to a planar heating element and a heating system using the same, which minimizes consumption of power used in indoor heating of an electric car to enhance driving efficiency of the car. The planar heating element according to the present invention for achieving the purpose, comprises : a base layer (110) composed of a synthetic resin; a carbon composite layer (120) regularly distributed on the upper part of the base layer (110); and copper clad layers (130) stacked on both sides of the upper part of the carbon composite layer (120). The heating system using the planar heating element comprises : the planar heating element (100) generating heat when electric current is applied; a temperature measurement unit (200) measuring the temperature of the planar heating element (100); and a controller unit (300) which sets the temperature of the planar heating element (100).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016 |
