简介 A rare earth nano material for marking a bio-molecule, a marking method of the rare earth nano material as well as a dissolution enhancing time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay for the rare earth nano material. The rare earth nano material serving as a marker is stable in property, large in specific surface area, high in modification and low in cost, and each nano crystal contains thousands of lanthanide ions, so that the marking rate of rare earth ions is greatly improved, and the rare earth nano material is less influenced by exogenous rare earth ions, is not influenced by an anticoagulant and is wide in applicability; after an immune complex taking the rare earth nano material as the marker is formed, enhancement liquid is added to dissolve the rare earth material into rare earth ions, and the rare earth ions and a chelate in the enhancement liquid form new signal molecules, so that intramolecular and intermolecular energy transfer is realized, fluorescence is enhanced by about millions of times, and the detection sensitivity is greatly improved by adopting time resolution for detecting fluorescence signals.
