(In the composition formula, R indicates at least one type of element selected from rare earth elements, M indicates at least one type of element selected from a group comprising Zr, Ti, and Hf, p indicates a number fulfilling 10 ≤ p ≤ 13.5 at.%, q indicates a number fulfilling 25 ≤ q ≤40 at.%, r indicates a number fulfilling 0.88 ≤ r ≤ 7.2 at.%, and t indicates a number fulfilling 3.5 ≤ t ≤ 13.5 at.%.)
