Useful model relates to the field of products of medical purpose and can be used in urology for draining the upper urinary tract. Useful model increases on 40-75% duration of the use of mounted stent patient and enhances ease of use of stent patient and doctor due to more rare of replacement of one stent on the other, and also expands range of technical means, which may be used as mochetochnikovykh stent in scheduled and especially in emergency situations. This is achieved due to the fact that, in mochetochnikovom stent, made in the form of tube from polymer bioinert material with memory, with side perforations, linear section and retainer on each ends of tube, stent is made dismountable, in which distal retainer and connected with it linear section stent are made from tube 1 with external diameter of not more than 4.0 mm, at that linear section has on the inner surface not connected with retainer end of thread length not less than 15 mm, proximal retainer and connected with it linear section stent length not less than 220 mm are made from tube 2 with external diameter not less than 2.0 mm, at that linear section has on outer surface not connected with retainer end of mating thread length not less than 15 mm, the length of each linear sections stent and length of thread on each are so selected, to at creation of threaded connection between thread and corresponding thread length not less than 5 mm length of linear section in assembled stent is 220-320 mm, and perforation holes arranged along the whole length of tubes 1 and 2 except for the thread. |
