PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce variation in the thickness of a slurry by location of a sintered compact when the sintered compact is coated with a slurry containing a rare earth compound. SOLUTION : A nozzle head 80 includes a slurry outflow passage 82, a cavity 83, a slurry introduction passage 88, and a slurry supply passage 89. The cavity 83 is surrounded by a plurality of wall surfaces so as to store the slurry therein, and the slurry outflow passage 82 is opening thereto. The wall surfaces on both sides of the cavity 83 in the width direction have such a shape as two curved surfaces are connected by one plane, respectively.
