The present invention relates to a permanent magnet powder containing rare earth element and a method thereof. In manufacturing Nd rare earth permanent magnet powder according to the present invention, rapid solidification magnet powder which has fine tissue and is chemically uniform is manufactured by using a gas atomization process as a rapid solidification method. Thereby, spherical powder which includes uniform composition of Nd2Fe14B phase and an Nd-rich phase, can be manufactured. Powder manufactured by the method of the present invention has spherical powder shaped which has a particle size of 1 ~ 90 μ m. A ferromagnetic sintering magnet and a bonding magnet can be manufactured by a short pulverization process compared to an existing process and manufacture of a magnet according to powder through the level of particle size.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
