The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which includes a positive electrode in which a positive electrode active material mixture layer is formed, a negative electrode in which a negative electrode active material mixture layer is formed, a nonaqueous electrolyte, and a separator, and in the above nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, on at least one surface of the positive electrode active material mixture layer and the negative electrode active material mixture layer, an inorganic particle layer containing a rare earth element compound is formed. |
