The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for removing the foreign material of a synthetic resin film wherein foreign materials including rare-earth materials remaining on a PET film can be removed continuously. The apparatus for removing the foreign material of a synthetic resin film comprises : a roll film mounting stand for holding a roll-shaped synthetic resin film having foreign materials, which includes rare-earth components, remaining on a front surface and/or a rear surface to be transferred toward one side; a foreign material removing part for providing the transfer path of the synthetic resin film, which is transferred through the roll film mounting stand, and repeatedly scraping the upper surface and the lower surface of the synthetic resin film being transferred during a transfer process along a predetermined track; a washing tank for washing the synthetic resin film transferred from the foreign material removing part; a second roll film mounting stand for winding, in the shape of a roll, the synthetic resin film discharged via the washing tank; and a controller for controlling the operation of the foreign material removing part and the second roll film mounting stand.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
