The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting nano-particles including rare earth resources and, more specifically, to an apparatus for collecting nano-particles including rare earth resources to collect rare earth resources included in a sample in the form of nano-particles using a laser. The apparatus for collecting nano-particles including rare earth resources comprises : a stage on the top of which a sample including rare earth resources is laid to be supported; a chamber to cover the stage in order to seal the inside where the sample is disposed from the outside; a collection plate disposed on the top of the sample inside the chamber; and a laser device which irradiates a laser beam to the sample to make the sample into nano-particles including rare earth resources. The nano-particles including rare earth resources, which are made of the sample and emitted adhere to the collection plate disposed on the top of the sample to be collected.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
