The present invention relates to a fluid type fan clutch for preventing noise during a cold start. The fluid type fan clutch for preventing noise at a cold start comprises : a case which is concentric with a shaft connected to an engine and is attached not to be bound through a bearing; a rotor mounting part which is a space in the shape of a disk formed in the case and an end of the shaft in the center shaft protrudes and faces inside; an oil storage chamber which is formed in the case, is a space in the shape of a small disk with a diameter smaller than that of the rotor mounting part wherein a metal mounting part which is formed in the shape of a ball at a side of the case protrudes and faces inside toward the rotor mounting part, is concentric with the rotor mounting part and is formed at a side of the rotor mounting part; an oil collecting hole which is formed at a certain depth in a side of the case to be opened toward an end of the rotor mounting part; an extended path which is formed in the case in a method such that the oil collecting hole and the oil storage chamber may be communicated; and an oil backflow preventive member which is disposed at an end of the extended path opened toward the oil storage chamber, thereby reducing noise generated at a cold starting of a vehicle, and particularly reducing noise of a cooling fan in accordance with the increase of operating oil viscosity in a fan clutch at a cold starting of a vehicle during the winter season.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
