An ultra-high strength aluminum alloy green compact and a method for manufacturing the same capable of securing excellent yield strength and elongation by inducing an intensification of a precipitation and dispersion of a nanophase intermetallic compound in accordance with an adjustment of alloy components and control of crystallization behavior are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing an ultra-high strength aluminum alloy green compact comprises the steps of : (a) forming a molten metal by melting an Al alloy composite composed of 8 to 15% of transition metal (TM), 4 to 10% of rare earth metal (RM) in atomic weight % and the remaining Al; (b) acquiring Al amorphous alloy powder by injecting high pressure gas into the molten metal for quenching and injecting the molten metal under atmospheric pressure; (c) and forming an Al alloy green compact wherein a nano intermetallic compound is precipitated by shaping the compound after heat treating the Al amorphous alloy powder in a crystallization temperature area.(AA) Start(BB) End(S110) Form a molten metal(S120) Acquire Al amorphous powder(S130) Form high strength Al alloy molded objectCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
