FIELD : chemistry.SUBSTANCE : claimed is method of selective obtaining cyclic and linear polyorganosiloxanes by hydrolysis of organosilicon monomers of general formula RRSiX, where Rand Rare selected from hydrogen atom, alkyl CHwith n=1-4, CH=CH-, CFCHCH-, ClCH-, CHand ClCH-; X=Hal, OR, OCOR(R=alkyl CHwith number of carbon atoms 1÷4). Process is carried out continuously by simultaneous mixing of reagents at flow rate 0.1÷5 m/s in mixers and their combinations : injector or succession of injectors, and/or centrifugal extractor, and/or ultrasound device with molar ratio of water to monomer in the interval 0.6÷1.5 with further separation of synthesis products by known methods : extraction, distillation (rectification), desorption, crystallisation.EFFECT : method makes it possible to obtain separately both cyclic and linear products with high selectivity, is characterised by short time of hydrolysis reaction and high productivity, limited only by chemical equipment capacity and commercial expediency.3 cl, 1 tbl, 19 ex |
