The present invention relates to a tubular well which can apply various functions to a tubular well. When using a device according to the present invention, various functions can be applied to a tubular well so that a user can properly deal with a dynamic field situation. An existing tubular well purifies soil or underground water respectively and cannot deal with filed situation flexibly.
