Provided is a layered ceramic capacity having high resistance to insulation degradation under high temperature load. An inner-layer ceramic layer (11) : principally comprises a perovskite compound containing Ba and Ti; includes at least one of Nb and Ta, includes Mn and Al; optionally includes Mg and a rare-earth element (at least one of Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, and Er); and, taking the Ti content to be 100 parts by mole, includes (a) 0.2-1.5 parts by mole in total of Nb and Ta, (b) 0.2 parts by mole or less of Mg (including 0 parts by mole), (c) 1.0-3.5 parts by mole of Mn, (d) 1.0-4.0 parts by mole of Al, and (e) 0.05 parts by mole or less of rare-earth elements (including 0 parts by mole). On average, there are three or fewer particles per inner-layer ceramic layer (11). |
