One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting element, which shows light emission with high brightness, and can be operated with a low voltage. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting apparatus or an electronic device with reduced electricity consumption. The light-emitting element comprises a first layer having n number (n is a natural number of 2 or more) of EL layers between a cathode and an anode, and successively an alkaline metal, an alkaline earth metal, a rare earth metal, an alkaline metal compound, an alkaline earth metal compound, or any one of rare earth metal compounds between the first EL layer and the second EL layer; a second layer adjacent to the first layer and including a high electron transporting material; and a region adjacent to the second layer and including a high positive hole transporting material and an acceptor material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
