The present invention relates to a method for forming a hot pipe groove on a pad of a hot water mat, and more specifically, to a method for forming a hot pipe groove on a pad of a hot water mat, wherein since a laminated material formed by layering a filament in a web or random type is compressed to form the hot pipe groove at the same time, the hot water mat is easily manufactured and the deformation of the pad is prevented; and the hot pipe groove is formed when the pad is manufactured, a post-process for forming the hot pipe groove is unnecessary after the pad is manufactured. The method includes the steps of : forming a laminated material by layering a filament in a web or random type to have a given thickness; placing a mold having protrusions to form a hot water pipe on one surface or both surfaces of the laminated material; heating the mold and the laminated material while passing through a heated oven; compressing the mold and the laminated material softened in the heating process by a pressing member to form a hot water pipe groove; detaching the mold from one side or both sides of the pad when the pad formed by the pressing process has passed the oven; and rolling the pad formed with the hot water pipe groove on a roll or cutting the pad in a given size.(S40) Pad for hot water mat(C) Web stacking device(B) Carding member(A) Opening memberCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
