The present invention relates to a soluble silicate inorganic paint using dissolved hydrogen water which is environmentally friendly by excluding an organic solvent harmful to human bodies and has excellent mechanical strength at room temperature and exhibits excellent antibacterial activity, antifungal activity, corrosion resistance and fouling resistance, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The soluble silicate inorganic paint using dissolved hydrogen water according to the present invention is manufactured by physically mixing 35-40 wt% of liquid silicate, 15-20 wt% of silicon resins, 10-15 wt% of dissolved hydrogen water, 10-15 wt% of calcium carbonate, 5-10 wt% of talc, 1-5 wt% of organosilane, 1-3 wt% of rare earth, 1-2 wt% of viscosity agents, 1-2 wt% of anti-foaming agents and 0.5-1 wt% of zinc powders. The dissolved hydrogen water has a pH of 7.5-8.0, an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) value of -250 to -450 mv and dissolved hydrogen of 100-1, 000 ppb.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
