The present invention relates to a reflective anode for an organic EL display capable of securing the high reflectivity. The reflective anode includes an Al alloy film and an oxide conductive film, and has a laminated structure in which a layer containing aluminum oxide as a main component is interposed at a contact interface between the Al alloy film and the oxide conductive film. The Al alloy film contains Si and rare earth elements. When the Si content is a (atom %) the total content of the rare earth elements is b (atom %), the relationships of 0.62 < {a/(a+b)}, 0.2 < a < 3, and 0.1 < b are satisfied. The layer having the aluminum oxide as a main component contains Si. |
