The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an LED chip using a fluorescent substance and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an LED chip using a nitride fluorescent substance and a silicate fluorescent substance to emit red light of which a dominant wavelength is 650 nm, and blue light of which a dominant wavelength is 450 nm among visible lights for promoting plant growth. The LED chip of the present invention is formed by the combination the nitride fluorescent substance having a structural formula of Me_(2-x)R_xSi_5N_(8-y)F_3y and the silicate fluorescent substance having a structural formula of BawSrxCaySiO_ 4 : zEu. In the structural formula of the nitride fluorescent substance, the Me is alkali earth metal, the R is rare earth metal, Si is silicon element, and N is a nitrogen element.
