According to the present invention, a working piece, which was traditionally made by casting, is made of hard aluminum, so post processing is not necessary and quick assembly is possible. One bearing case is prepared in order to reduce manufacturing costs of a plate cutter having a pair of bearing cases and the other bearing case is replaced with a motor with one horse power. A stopper is provided in the end of an air cylinder, so when the air cylinder operates, the stopper comes in contact with the shaft of a rotating saw in order to stop rotation in a short period of time. The working piece is made of hard aluminum, so the total weight of the plate cutter is reduced. The bearing cases are replaced with a bearing case and a horsepower motor, so manufacturing costs and time are reduced. The stopper provided in the air cylinder can stop the saw rotating at a high speed, so work efficiency is improved. Also, accidents of workers can be prevented.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
