The present invention relates to a phosphor capable of being used to an LED lighting device and a manufacturing method for the phosphor and, more specifically, to a blue phosphor for a white light emitting diode of a novel composition formed by substituting a part of a phosphor with europium (EU), and to a white light emitting diode including the blue phosphor. The blue phosphor according to the present invention is able to be usefully applied to a light emitting device such as a light emitting diode, a laser diode, a surface light emitting laser diode, an inorganic electroluminescence device or an organic electroluminescence device.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
