In the present invention, a plurality of cutoff abrasive blades having a peripheral abrasive blade on an outer peripheral rim of a large plate on a thin disk or a thin doughnut disk is provided, a cutting fluid feed nozzle having a cutting fluid inlet at one end, a plurality of slits formed at another end and corresponding to the plurality of cutoff abrasive blades such that an outer peripheral part of each cutoff abrasive blade is able to be inserted into each slit is used, the outer peripheral part of each cutoff abrasive blade is inserted into the corresponding slit of the cutting fluid feed nozzle, a cutting fluid is fed into the feed nozzle through the inlet and the cutting fluid is injected through the slits, and the cutoff abrasive blades are rotated to multiple cutoff machine a rare earth magnet.
