PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an optical circuit device capable of improving long-term reliability when monitoring fluctuation of output power.
SOLUTION : A fiber laser device 1 includes excitation light sources 20A, 20B for supplying excitation light, and an optical resonator 10 equipped with an amplifying optical fiber 12. The amplifying optical fiber 12 is added with a first rare earth element (Yb) which generates laser oscillation light in a 1000 nm band upon receiving excitation light and a second rare earth element (Er) which generates monitor light in a 1500 nm band. The fiber laser device 1 includes a light radiation part 40 formed with an optical fiber 30 provided inside the optical resonator 10 or between the optical resonator 10 and the laser emitting part 32. The light radiation part 40 has a curvature radius such that no laser oscillation light is substantially radiated outside but monitor light is radiated outside. The fiber laser device 1 further includes a light detector 50 which detects intensity of the light radiated from the light radiation part 40.
