简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an electrically conductive material in which the change of electrical resistance is reduced for the change of magnetic field, and to provide a resistance thermometer using the same. SOLUTION : An electrically conductive material has a pyrochlore structure achieved in a pyrochlore oxide containing a rare-earth element and a transition metal element as constituent elements, and uses the temperature change of electrical resistance. At least one nonmagnetic rare-earth element showing positive magnetoresistive effect, and at least one magnetic rare-earth element showing negative magnetoresistive effect are used as the constituent elements. The change of electrical resistance is reduced for the change of magnetic field, by adjusting the kind and composition ratio of the constituent elements, thereby canceling the positive and negative magnetoresistive effects each other.
