The present invention relates to a method for producing Streptococcus pyogenes which produces a novel NADH oxidase, an NADH oxidase and gene generating water originated from the strain of the streptococcus pyogenes, and the enzyme, and more specifically, an NADH oxidase generating water, a nucleic acid molecule coding the enzyme, a vector including the nucleic acid molecule, and a transformant including the vector, and regeneration of a coenzyme using the NADH oxidase generating water. The method of the present invention has proved the capacity to economically produce L-rare sugar by regenerating and reusing expensive coenzyme through a coupling reaction of an L-arabinitol dehydrogenase generating the L-rare sugar with the NADH oxidase generating novel water. Also, a purification process can be simplified since byproducts other than water are not generated by using the NADH oxidase generating water.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015 |
