Useful model relates to technology finely of serial aluminate luminophores, activated rare-earth metals, and can be used for conducting scientific-research works on synthesis of of complex oxide materials by method of self-propagating high temperature synthesis of (SPHTS) in laboratory conditions in production of materials for sources and transducers of light. Technical result consists in increasing the percentage of aluminate phosphor in mode SPHTS due to creation of heat-insulated structure. Said-, device has reaction quartz sleeve with hole, having cover with hole. On the bottom is located of graphite spacer with recess, located about holes near base of reaction quartz sleeve, placed in heat-insulating quartz cylinder with handle, having in the lower part of opening and closed with cover on top with hole, which is closed heat-insulating quartz sleeve, installed on ceramic support. 1 dwg. |
