| 简介 | Disclosed herein are embodiments of a hard weld overlay which can be resistant to cracking. The alloys can be able to resist cracking through prevention of the precipitation and/or growth of embrittling carbide, borides, or borocarbides along the grain boundaries at elevated temperatures. By controlling the thermodynamics of the boride and carbide phases, it is possible to create an alloy which forms hard wear resistant phases that are not present along the grain boundaries of the matrix. | ||
