FIELD : mining.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to the field of mineral processing, namely to flotation pneumatic devices for processing mineral raw materials containing non-ferrous, ferrous, rare, precious metals and also nonmetallic minerals. The flotation pneumatic machine comprises a housing composed of expanded upper and lower parts, a central pipe located inside the expanded part of the housing, a foam tank, feeding devices in the form of aerators of the upper level of aeration and the aerators of the lower level in the lower part of the housing. Each aerator of the lower level is placed on a vertical guide fixed in the inner surface of the housing with the ability to move and fix the aerator to a predetermined depth of immersion. Opposite each aerator a hatch is made for its maintenance. The vertical guide of each aerator of the lower level is fixed on the inner surface of the access hatch.EFFECT : increased recovery of a foam product during flotation of various kinds of raw materials.3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
