The present invention relates to an inorganic composition for manufacturing structural boards and a manufacturing method of the structural board using the same and, more specifically, to an inorganic composition having the characteristics of non-combustibility which is safe against fire, humidity -resistance, and high intensity by mixing inorganic binders with non-combustibility, greater water resistance and excellent adhesive degree with natural minerals such as vermiculite, swelled perlite and mica; and to a manufacturing method thereof using the same.
