简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an MOD (Metal Organic Deposition) solution that can efficiently produce a superconductive thin film having a stable Ic during its production period without lowering the Ic even when the superconductive thin film is subjected to continuous coating and thermal treatment over three days or more, in producing an oxide superconductive thin film containing a rare-earth element (RE), barium (Ba) and copper (Cu) by the MOD method, and to provide a method for producing the MOD solution.SOLUTION : A raw material solution for producing an oxide superconductive thin film to be used in production of the oxide superconductive thin film by a coating and thermal decomposition method includes organic compounds of each metal of the rare-earth element, barium and copper dissolved in a mixed solvent of a dielectric constant of 27 or higher. The mixed solvent contains at least water and is composed of at least three kinds of solvents of 1-butanol, methanol and water, wherein the volume ratio of the water in the mixed solvent is less than 1/3.
