A method purifying and cleaning contaminated river water is a method manufacturing and using a water purification stone by using monazite which is a rear earth rear metal of mixed mineral generating anions and yellow soil to form, dry, and solidify aqueous epoxy to coagulant. The manufactured water purification stone is controlled to satisfy anion value detected as 700-800/1 cm^3.
