The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for detecting and enumerating rare cells in blood. The apparatus according to the present invention consists of a blood collecting tube of a blood sample, a measurement kit, and a detector, whereby a composite material and the blood combined with a target antibody and a marker are dispersed and mixed in the sample blood collecting tube; each cell is captured into a fine trap structure respectively by inserting the blood in the measurement kit; and a number of micro trap structures emitting light can be enumerated because an antigen-antibody reaction occurs and the marker is attached to the surface of the cell. According to the present invention, a number of specific rare cells can be easily and simply enumerated through a normal blood test in a clinical field, and tests of numerous samples can be available.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
