A nodularization method for nodular cast iron, comprising : masoning a left vertical-surface baffle (2) and a right vertical-surface baffle (3) at the bottom of a nodularization ladle (1); a semicircular upper cover plate (4) of a reaction chamber is horizontally masoned on the top of the left vertical-surface baffle (2) and the right vertical-surface baffle (3); the vertical surface of the reaction chamber is provided with one or more reaction chamber feed inlets (5) thereon; the upper end of one of the reaction chamber feed inlets (5) is provided with a pressure-relief groove (6); the upper end of the pressure-relief groove (6) is flush with the semicircular upper cover plate (4) of the reaction chamber; the masoned nodularization ladle is dried for subsequent nodularization. Nodularization comprises the following steps : placing the desired weight of integral rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon nodulizer (8), low-silicon nodulizer or non-silicon nodulizer without being externally lined with steel pipe into the reaction chamber of the nodularization ladle (1); placing the ferrosilicon inoculants into the reaction chamber of the nodularization ladle (1), the ferrosilicon inoculants being piled at the reaction chamber feed inlet (5); the molten iron is poured into the nodularization ladle (1) to conduct nodularization reaction; cleaning the scum after the nodularization reaction, and adding the composite inoculants to cover the molten iron. |
