Disclosed is a rare earth complex having a structural formula represented by formula (1), a preparation method thereof and application thereof : (I) in which R1 is selected from hydrogen, an alkyl group, a haloalkyl group or an aryl group, and Ln is selected from any one of yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium. The rare earth complex combines the structural characteristics of quinoline and triazole, inherits the advantages of the two structures in terms of luminescence properties, stability, etc., and achieves the purpose of improving the performance of a rare earth organic luminescent material. |
