PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a nano complex which has a low risk to human and can realize multiple treatment functions and diagnostic functions, and DDS pharmaceutical preparations comprising the same, and a production method thereof.
SOLUTION : A DDS pharmaceutical preparation 200 comprises a nanotube 102 which contains rare earth oxides as a main component, a metal nano particle 104 which adsorbs on the surface of the nanotube 102, a thiol 106 which is modified with a ligand 108 and binds to the metal nano particle 104, and a drug 202 included inside of the nanotube 102. This can realize all functions of sustained release of a drug, generation of heat, neutron capture therapy, and light emission.
