PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for generating iPS cells.SOLUTION : A method and a composition for inducing a pluripotent stem cell are disclosed. For example, in a certain aspect a method for generating an induced pluripotent stem cell using reporter genes is described. Furthermore, the invention provides a novel reprogramming vector employing reporter genes. The reprogramming vector comprises a polycistronic expression cassette comprising (a) a transcriptional regulatory element, and (b) first and second coding sequences operably linked to the transcriptional regulatory element, wherein the first coding sequence encodes a reprogramming factor and the second coding sequence encodes a second reprogramming factor or a reporter.COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT |
