Preparing a silane compound of formula (Si nH 2 n + 2) (I) or its mixture, comprises mixing silicide or silicon alloy having a structure of formula (M 1> xM 2> ySi z) (II) with an aqueous solvent, fluidizing the mixture, and reacting the fluidized alloy with hydrochloric acid, which is pre-dissolved in aqueous solution. M 1>a reducing metal; M2 : an alkali or alkaline earth metal; x-z : 0-1; and n : 1-3. |
