简介 Disclosed are an evaporation-based manufacturing method of alloy powder for a rare earth magnet, and a manufacturing method of the rare earth magnet, wherein the manufacturing method of the alloy powder comprises the following steps : coarse-grinding an alloy for the rare earth magnet and then micro-grinding the coarse-ground alloy to obtain fine powder; and evaporating the fine powder and an evaporation material in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere and then obtaining the alloy powder for the rare earth magnet, the weight ratio of the evaporation material on the fine powder during evaporation to the fine powder is 10-6 -0.05 : 1. In this way, after the micro-grinding process and before the forming process in the magnetic field, the evaporation process is added and performed on the fine powder, so that sinterability of the powder drastically changes, thereby achieving the objective of manufacturing a high-coercivity, high-rectangularity, and high-heat-resistance magnet.
