PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a noble metal magnet mainly containing 50 wt.% or more silver, capable of providing magnetic flux density available as home permanent magnet magnetic medical device, and capable of making decorative products with various shapes, and having smooth surface and high corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION : The noble metal magnet mainly containing silver is manufactured by mixing a resin with fine silver powder having a primary particle diameter of 0.5 to 5 μm and fine powder of a rare earth magnet having the primary particle diameter of 1 to 40 μm and press molding, then magnetizing the press molded body, contains at least 50 wt.% of silver and has a magnetic flux density of 35 mT or more.
