PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technology capable of quantitatively recognizing a re-molten state in work of fusing processing.
SOLUTION : In a process of re-melting a self-fluxing alloy on the basis of heating by heating means, a radiation thermometer for measuring the intensity of infrared radiation detects a re-molten state of the self-fluxing alloy. The detection method includes a temperature recording process of temporally recording the temperature of an alloy surface; a temperature increment calculating process of calculating the temperature increment on the basis of the recording contents in the temperature recording process; a process of detecting that the temperature increment becomes a minus value; and a process of informing displaying means of the re-melting of the alloy.
