Method of producing rare fenologlikozida -4-hydro ksiatsetofenon -4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (pitseina) from stems of foxberry scotch by extraction of plant material, characterized in that is preliminarily ultrasonic extraction of ground plant material 50% ethyl alcohol in ratio raw : extractant 1 : (7-10) for 30-40 min, further vegetable material extracted three-fold the same extragent in ratio raw : extractant 1 : (17-19) at temperature 80-90°C for 1-1.5 hours, combined of extracting is concentrated and successively is subjected to liquid phase of extraction with ethyl acetate and n-butanol in ratio of 1 : 0.3 and 1 : 0.4, five times and triply, respectively, obtained product is recrystallized from ethyl acetate, purified chromatographically on aluminum oxide and is recrystallized from methanol. |
